Day Webster are currently recruiting a Band 7 Social Worker to work with the South Adults Social Care Team. Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to start ASAP for a minimum of 3-6 months. The shift pattern is four days onsite and one day remote hybrid working.

What you need – Role requirements:

  • Professional Qualification and registration in Social Work
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Current drivers licence and regular use of a car
  • Experience of working within the Care Act 2014: completing assessments, care plans, reviewing existing packages of care and adjusting those plans where needed to ensure people are receiving appropriate, strengths-based and proportionate levels of support.
  • Experience of completing s42 Safeguarding Enquiries
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a wider MDT.
  • Ability to work on duty, responding to urgent queries on the day.
