Day Webster are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Care Coordinator for our NHS client in the London area to provide a specialist forensic social care service to a caseload of patients and their carers across the community.
Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to start as soon as possible for a long term contract. The shift pattern would be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, although the service would consider other suitable work patterns for the right candidate.

- Valid Enhanced DBS check
- Degree or Diploma in Social Work or RMN
- Active Professional registration with Social Work England (SWE) or NMC (for RMNs)
