Day Webster Group are working with an NHS client in Oldham to recruit an experienced Band 6 Specialist Mental Health Team Duty Worker. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, based in community mental health services.
You will conduct assessments, prioritise appointments, and provide urgent evaluations for acutely unwell individuals. You’ll develop management plans, coordinate care, and escalate to the consultant or MDT as needed, maintaining risk assessments and crisis
