London College of Fashion has an exciting opportunity for an experienced lecturer to take a leading role in shaping the Leadership and Management programme within the Fashion Business School. As a Senior Lecturer in Marketing Strategy, you will support the delivery of teaching, curriculum development and ongoing scholarship across the programme, preparing the next generation of marketing professionals for careers in the creative sector. You will stay abreast of research and developments in marketing, contributing to the enhancement of subject expertise and critical understanding within the course to ensure the curriculum remains at the forefront of creative and professional practice and is relevant to a diverse and international student body.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a collaborative and supportive course team; use specialist knowledge to enhance pedagogy and curriculum design, guiding the programme in innovative and critical directions.
  • Take responsibility for the pastoral support, progress and attendance of a year group of students, maintaining records and liaising with colleagues as appropriate.

Your profile / Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is recognised as an authority in their field, with a proven track record in research, teaching, knowledge exchange, or professional practice that advances the discipline. A strong academic background and experience of teaching and assessment in higher education is essential, combined with a passion for education and marketing.
