This is an exciting opportunity to serve as an experienced PA supporting the Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts (part of University of the Arts London) executive group.
Responsibilities
- Support members of the College Executive Group and wider Senior Leadership Team with diary management.
- Clerk committees and meetings.
- Manage correspondence via email and letters.
- Plan workloads.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative support with projects.
Qualifications
- Considerable personal assistant or senior administrator experience supporting leadership roles.
- High standard of English language proficiency and intermediate skills with O365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Significant diary management experience.
- Experience of writing reports and formatting presentations.
- Experience of committee servicing and minute taking.
