The Opportunity Join UAL’s Fashion, Textiles & Technology Institute (FTTI) at our East Bank campus. The post holder will provide administrative support, including diary management for the Director of FTTI, and will identify and allocate appropriate levels of resources accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role within UAL FTTI, supporting the Director by managing a fast-paced diary and team inbox, ensuring priorities run smoothly and time is maximised.
  • Act as the go-to contact for enquiries, connecting people across FTTI and the university while keeping systems, information, and CRM data organised, accurate, and impactful.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and global partnerships, preparing agendas, managing logistics, and delivering seamless experiences (from room set-ups to high-profile visits).
  • Bring creativity to communications, helping produce engaging reports and documents that showcase FTTI’s work.
  • Support recruitment and induction processes and help deliver standout events and projects, contributing to a collaborative team driving innovation and activity across FTTI.
