Are you passionate about empowering students and fostering a collaborative educational environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join Central Saint Martins' College Education team as a Student Partnership Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the student voice is at the heart of UAL.

Managing the delivery of a college action plan focused on delivering effective student transition, you will partner with academic teams and support services to ensure all students have access to the guidance, resources and support. You will coordinate, deliver and interpret survey activity to gather student feedback and insights. Utilise an evidence-based approach to identify barriers to engagement and develop impactful solutions to improve student retention, progression and attainment. Partnering with Arts Students' Union, you will provide effective liaison and support for the development of community and student-led activity and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Your profile / Qualifications
  • Strong background in Higher Education with a deep commitment to student empowerment and the ability to facilitate meaningful dialogue and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of effective approaches to student partnership and the ability to communicate with empathy and clarity across diverse audiences.
  • Inspiring leadership with the ability to build partnerships, collaborate with different teams, manage resources and solve problems with creativity and resilience.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where every student feels welcomed, heard and supported.
Interview process and timelines

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the college to meet the hiring manager and other members of the community, and to have a tour of the college, on Friday 6 March 2026. Interviews will take place online (via Microsoft Teams) on the afternoons of Tuesday 10 March and Wednesday 11 March 2026.
