London College of Fashion is looking for a dynamic and experienced academic practitioner to take on the role of Senior Lecturer and Course Leader on our MBA Fashion course. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about innovation, creativity and driving meaningful change in the global fashion business and management landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Provide academic leadership and management for the MBA Fashion course, working closely with the Programme Director to ensure the highest standards in design, development and delivery of the curriculum.
  • Shape a forward‑thinking programme that emphasises experiential learning, problem‑solving and engagement with industry, while continually evolving the course to reflect changing demands in the global fashion sector.
  • Support a diverse cohort of students with professional industry experience, deepening their knowledge and developing their fashion business skills.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day management of the course, including all areas of teaching, learning, assessment and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the wider academic mission of the programme and the institution, participate in committees and ensure the course maintains a clear identity, remains current in its subject focus and delivers a high‑quality learning experience for our students.

Qualifications

  • Experienced lecturer with an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience of teaching and assessment within a Higher Education environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others, set clear objectives and manage performance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Track record of research, teaching, knowledge exchange and/or professional practice that contributes to the advancement of the discipline and aligns with the strategic goals of the Programme, College and University.
