The opportunity

Working closely with the Dean and Associate Deans, you will ensure the College meets its academic ambitions and contributes to University of the Arts London's mission to shape the creative industries through world-class education and research. You will deputise for the Dean as required, representing the School both internally and externally, and fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and excellence.

Reporting to the Dean, you will be key to leading the delivery of the school’s plan, as defined and informed by the college, and deputising for the Dean as appropriate. You will provide strong, dynamic management and leadership across the school.

Supporting the Programme Directors, you will operationalise strategic objectives in order to enhance student and staff experiences and ensure successful delivery and impact of the school objectives and University strategy. You will stimulate a high quality and inclusive academic environment which supports staff development and encourages staff to undertake activities that contribute to an excellent staff and student experience.
