Position: Assistant Librarian – University of the Arts London (UAL)
Location and Working Arrangements: Based at the Elephant & Castle site. Some opportunity to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Support staff and students using the library
- Assist with library management system configurations and maintenance
- Respond to user queries and provide assistance
- Test and maintain statistics on library system and resource usage
- Assist with library services communications
Qualifications:
- Degree level qualification (level 6) and/or relevant library qualifications
- Experience in a library or other education or information role
- Knowledge of library management systems, e‑resource discovery, CMS and enquiry systems
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently without direct supervision
