Day Night Dental is looking for a professional, caring and dependable GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join our Glasgow City Centre team. We provide general, cosmetic, implant and urgent dental care in a modern, patient-focused environment. Your responsibilities:
- Providing professional chairside support across a range of treatments
- Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials before appointments
- Following decontamination, infection-control and health-and-safety procedures
- Supporting and reassuring patients throughout their treatment
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Monitoring stock and ensuring surgeries remain well organised
- Supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the clinical environment
- Assisting with reception or administrative duties when reasonably required
What we are looking for:
- A recognised dental nursing qualification
- Current GDC registration
- A professional, caring and patient-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Reliability and the ability to work confidently as part of a team
- Good knowledge of infection prevention, decontamination and clinical compliance
- Confidence using dental practice software is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in cosmetic, implant or advanced dentistry would be welcomed but is not required
Full-time applicants are preferred, although we are happy to consider the right person seeking part-time hours. As the practice offers extended opening hours, some evening or weekend availability would be helpful. The agreed working pattern will be discussed clearly during the interview process.
