Pharmacy Assistant

Hours:
- Monday: 9:30am to 6:30pm (8 hours)
- Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm (8 hours)
- Saturday: 10:00am to 2:00pm (4 hours)
Total: 20 hours per week
About the Role
Day Lewis Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy team at Mill Hill Broadway. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers and providing excellent patient care
- Supporting the dispensing team with prescription workflow
- Managing stock and maintaining a tidy pharmacy
- Assisting with retail sales and over-the-counter products
- Handling telephone and customer enquiries professionally
- Supporting pharmacy services and health promotion activities
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous pharmacy or retail experience is desirable but not essential
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
