Day Lewis Twickenham is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as either a:
- Pharmacy Apprentice or
- Qualified Pharmacy Assistant
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and wants to develop a rewarding career in community pharmacy.
- Working Hours
- Pharmacy Apprentice Β£11ph
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am β 3:00pm
- Includes dedicated apprenticeship training
- An additional hour per day is allocated towards apprenticeship learning and coursework
- Qualified Pharmacy Assistant Β£13-13.50 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am β 2:00pm
About the Role
You will work across both the dispensary and retail areas of the pharmacy, supporting patients and helping the team deliver exceptional healthcare and customer service.
Your duties may include
- Assisting patients with prescriptions and healthcare enquiries
- Supporting the dispensing process
- Serving customers and recommending appropriate healthcare products
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Stock management, merchandising and shop presentation
- Supporting the delivery of NHS and private pharmacy services
- Building strong relationships with our patients and local community
