Are you an enthusiastic and qualified Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician looking to join a busy, patient-focused pharmacy with a strong reputation in the local community? Day Lewis Mill Hill East Pharmacy & Private Clinic is seeking an experienced ACT to support our dispensing and pharmacy services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern pharmacy offering a wide range of NHS and private services, while being part of a supportive and friendly team.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am β 12:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am β 2:00pm
About the Role
As our Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient dispensing while supporting the wider pharmacy team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Final accuracy checking of dispensed prescriptions
- Supporting pharmacists and dispensers with workflow management
- Assisting with prescription queries and patient support
- Helping maintain compliance, governance and dispensing accuracy standards
- Contributing to the delivery of NHS and private services
- Supporting stock management and operational processes
- Working closely with the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised Accuracy Checking Technician qualification
- Is GPhC registered as a Pharmacy Technician
- Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Enjoys working in a busy community pharmacy environment
- Is passionate about supporting patients and the local community
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a positive, proactive attitude
- Is reliable, professional and patient-focused
