We are looking for a fully competent, proactive pharmacy technician to step into an Assistant Manager role and help run our busy dispensary.
The Role: As Assistant Manager, you will:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our busy dispensary.
- Lead and support the pharmacy team to ensure excellent patient service.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and ordering processes efficiently.
- Implement strategies to grow the business while maintaining compliance and safety standards.
- Mentor and train staff to enhance team performance.
