We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant / Dispenser to join our team. This is an opportunity to work in a busy, energetic pharmacy with a supportive team and good development potential. An NVQ2 qualification in pharmacy is essential.
Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Manager, your support is vital to the team in the provision of advanced and enhanced services.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers a superb level of customer service and operates effectively with regards to company policies and procedures.
- Assist on the front counter and provide a welcoming, supportive experience for patients.
- Be an integral part of a small, hardworking and compact team.
- Develop relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to deliver the most effective, patient-friendly customer service.
- Support teamwork within a family-owned chain that recognises and rewards hard work.
Qualifications
- NVQ2 qualification in pharmacy is essential.
- Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or Dispenser is highly desirable.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
