About Us
Join our thriving independent pharmacy dispensing over 8,000 items and potential to grow to 15,000 items. We are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while growing our business. We’re looking for a fully competent, proactive pharmacy technician to step into an Assistant Manager role and help run our busy dispensary.
The Role
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our busy dispensary.
- Lead and support the pharmacy team to ensure excellent patient service.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and ordering processes efficiently.
- Implement strategies to grow the business while maintaining compliance and safety standards.
- Mentor and train staff to enhance team performance.
