Counter Assistant – Harold Hill Pharmacy

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Assistant to join our busy pharmacy team in Harold Hill.
This is a customer-facing counter position, so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and can provide a warm, helpful and professional service to our patients and customers.
Working hours
20 hours per week
- Monday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- Friday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Be confident, friendly and approachable
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working with and helping people
- Be comfortable working in a busy pharmacy environment
- Be organised, reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and be willing to learn
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with patients
- Be able to remain calm and helpful during busy periods
Previous pharmacy or retail experience would be an advantage, but most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong people skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
