From poetic visuals to soul-nourishing content, everything we do is designed to awaken the dreamer in all of us.
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Illustrator who can bring our brand’s aesthetic to life with original, hand-drawn or digitally-created visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Design digital illustrations, social media graphics, and visual assets that align with our dreamy, ethereal brand aesthetic.
Create monthly moodboards, themed design sets, and visual storytelling pieces for Instagram, Pinterest, and website/blog use.
Develop branded assets including e-book covers, quote cards, banners, product mockups, and more.
Collaborate closely with the founder to interpret creative concepts into compelling visuals.
Maintain consistency in tone, color palette, and branding across all materials.
Occasionally design merchandise artwork (e.g., for journals, prints, apparel).
Requirements
Proven experience as a graphic designer or illustrator with a dreamy, poetic, or soft visual style.
Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations and creative branding work (link required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Canva, or other relevant tools.
Ability to deliver high-quality, original work on deadlines.
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
Passion for creativity, imagination, mindfulness, or storytelling.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for lifestyle or wellness brands.
Knowledge of social media aesthetics and visual trends (especially Instagram, Pinterest).
Animation or motion graphics experience (bonus, not required).
Compensation Plan
Monthly Retainer: $250 USD for 20–25 hours of work per month.
Additional Projects: Paid separately at a flat rate or hourly (depending on scope).
Performance Bonus: After 3 months of consistent delivery and alignment with brand vision.
Room for Growth: Opportunity to grow into a long-term creative lead as the brand expands.
