We are seeking a highly qualified Chartered Building Surveyor to join our professional team based in Cumbria, on the outskirts of the idyllic Lake District National Park.
The ideal candidate will have three years post qualification experience and MRICS, and enjoy working with both traditional and modern buildings.
The role will include assessing, analysing, surveying and preparation of schedules and reports.
Experience in specification, tendering, contract administration of conversion, repair and extension of existing buildings in both private and public sectors would be beneficial.
Party Wall and CAD drawing experience preferable but not essential.
The successful candidate would be working alongside other chartered professionals including Architects, Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and technicians.
Working 36.75 hours per week with flexible working from our Cockermouth office.
