The Role
DaXtra is looking for a motivated and high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our Account Executive team by generating qualified sales opportunities within staffing firms, recruitment agencies, and workforce solutions businesses. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by engaging recruitment leaders, operations teams, and technology decision-makers who are investing in AI, automation, and recruiter productivity solutions. What You'll Do
- Generate qualified outbound pipeline opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Prospect into staffing firms, recruitment agencies, and workforce solutions organizations across the UK market
- Book discovery calls, product demonstrations, and meetings for Account Executives
- Conduct outbound activity through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and targeted campaigns
- Identify recruitment leaders, operations stakeholders, and technology decision-makers within target accounts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ideal customer profile criteria
- Educate prospects on DaXtra's AI-powered recruitment technology and value proposition
- Position DaXtra as an intelligence layer that enhances existing ATS and CRM platforms
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to execute pipeline generation strategies
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity tracking within CRM systems
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline generated, and sales activity
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, sales development, recruitment, or outbound sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Experience in SaaS, recruitment technology, staffing, or HR tech is highly desirable
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to build a career in technology sales
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with activity and meeting KPIs
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives and wider commercial teams
