We specialise in delivering innovative software that empowers staffing agencies to enhance their recruitment efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve overall workforce management.Position Overview:As an Account Executive specialising in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition solutions, you will be a key player in our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our cutting-edge software solutions to staffing agencies, direct employers and technology providers. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment technology sales role and has previously worked as a recruitment consultant, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry.Responsibilities:1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and target potential clients within the direct employer and staffing agency sector.Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.2. Consultative Selling:Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their recruitment challenges and pain points.Articulate how our recruitment technology solutions can address specific needs and add value to their operations.3. Sales Strategy:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.Work closely with marketing and BDRs to execute on sales strategies4. Product Demonstrations:Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software.Customise presentations to align with the unique requirements of each client.5. Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to the sales leadership team.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience within the recruitment technology industry.Previous experience as a recruitment consultant, demonstrating a solid understanding of the talent acquisition and/or recruitment process.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.Compensation:Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.If you are a results-driven and experienced Account Executive with a background in recruitment consulting and a passion for technology, we invite you to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of Daxtra.
