We are looking for an Account manager to Join an experienced and thriving team.

We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has a passion for technology and recruitment software.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Peoplebank clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful on-boarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction of clients using our ATS. You’ll coordinate client requests, manage sprint meetings, oversee testing, identify up-sell opportunities, and lead contract renewals — all while maintaining a high level of client engagement and service excellence.

As well as bringing a real sense of business acumen and awareness of the B2B market, we are also looking for someone with a personality, with passion & the ability to fit into a very close & hard working team with ease

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between Peoplebank and assigned clients, ensuring a strong partnership and deep understanding of their business and recruitment needs.
  • Manage client on-boarding and ATS implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live coordination.
  • Provide dedicated client support, responding to technical or functional queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead regular sprint meetings with clients and the development team to prioritise requests, track progress, and manage release expectations.
  • Oversee client acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring changes and enhancements meet agreed requirements before release.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and product enhancements, promoting additional modules or features to drive client value and retention.
  • Manage contract renewals and client engagement to ensure continued satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation, meeting notes, and CRM records.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, and Support to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Dealing with 3rd party providers. Such as – job-boards, design agencies and HRIS.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Implementation Specialist, ideally within SaaS or ATS environments.
  • Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems or HR/recruitment technology.
  • Experience managing client projects end-to-end, including implementation and testing phases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with agile/sprint methodologies.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and project management software (e.g. Jira, Salesforce, Churn Zero and Slack ).

Desirable:

  • Experience in up-selling and contract renewals.
  • Understanding of recruitment workflows, HR processes, or talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
