WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist bartenders with the operation and efficiency of the restaurant, banquet, and club bar areas.
- Ensure proper inventory of liquors, glassware, napkins, straws, and garnishes.
- Remove trash and keep bar areas clean, organized, and unobstructed.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of supply needs.
- Clean glassware to ensure continuous service.
- Familiarize yourself with the beverage list, including glassware used.
- Ensure minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcohol.
- Complete closing procedures and cleaning of the bar area.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- TN ABC License or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- At least 2 years of food and beverage experience.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Demonstrate drive and determination.
- Propose service and product improvements.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
- Attend all required meetings.
- Follow payroll and uniform procedures.
- Report and handle associate and guest accidents properly.
- Comply with all hotel and departmental policies and standards.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
- Be flexible to work varying schedules based on business needs.
