I am currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Programme Manager to support a complex in/outsource programme of digital systems within the public sector. My client has taken over numerous clinical services and now needs a digital programme manager to ensure all digital aspects are effectively led and managed. Public sector experience in a clinical provider environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the safe transfer of clinical systems and digital tools between organisations.
- Ensure service continuity and uninterrupted access for staff and patients.
- Identify and manage all digital concerns to prevent impact.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering the digital aspects of a clinical service transfer between providers.
- Senior-level experience (NHS 8d or above) ideally within a provider environment.
- Proven track record of complex systems change across health or public sector.
- Hands-on, direct team player with commercial mindset, able to push goals despite local resistance and challenging people.
- Strong rapport-building skills and ability to deliver with a team.
- Comfortable dealing with staff at all levels – friendly, outgoing but firm.
- Public sector experience preferred; an understanding of children’s services is not required.
