Motion Graphic Designer

Motion Graphic Designer – Government – Multiple locations – Hybrid – 3 months+ – £280 per day inside IR35

A government organisation is seeking an experienced motion graphic designer and animator with their own equipment to join their small but talented creative team. The candidate should be comfortable with keyframes, curves, compositions, and collaborative meetings, brainstorms, and team catch-ups.

The Essential Criteria for This Role Are:

• Substantial experience in a multi-skilled creative role, using creative thinking to find innovative solutions to complex problems (LEAD).
• Ability to manage projects from concept to script, asset creation to production, including drawing in additional resources as required, to meet deadlines (LEAD).
• Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
• Experience with brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency, and acting as a brand guardian.

Desirable:

• Skills in photography and/or videography would be a bonus.
• A qualification in a creative field is not essential if skills have been developed on the job.

Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and other Adobe packages is a plus.
