Overview
I am actively seeking a number of experienced, hardworking HRBPs used to working at an 8a/8b AfC level within the NHS for several distinct clients based in the East of England region.
Contract and Working Arrangements
- 3 – 6-month interim contracts
- Inside IR35
- 8a/b banding – Hybrid working arrangements
Remuneration
£275 – £375 per day depending on banding and experience.
Role Focus
- Support NHS clients with additional HRBP capacity to bolster teams amid increased workload across the ICB network and Acute providers.
- Interim NHS HRBP work related to the rationalisation of workforce, TUPE and organisational mergers.
- Operate in often complex change environments; be a self-starter with minimal supervision, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Handle ER issues and maintain clear, open communication at all times.
Experience and Requirements
- HRBP experience at 8a/8b AfC level within the NHS.
- Experience delivering against core employee/workforce savings and productivity CIP goals.
- Willingness to engage with senior NHS HR professionals on current and future opportunities.
- Hybrid working arrangements and resilience to work in challenging environments.
- Note: If you do not have NHS or Private Health experience you would not be considered for these posts.
