HRBP 8a/b in Cambridge

Overview

I am actively seeking a number of experienced, hardworking HRBPs used to working at an 8a/8b AfC level within the NHS for several distinct clients based in the East of England region.

Contract and Working Arrangements

• 3 – 6-month interim contracts
• Inside IR35
• 8a/b banding – Hybrid working arrangements

Remuneration

£275 – £375 per day depending on banding and experience.

Role Focus

• Support NHS clients with additional HRBP capacity to bolster teams amid increased workload across the ICB network and Acute providers.
• Interim NHS HRBP work related to the rationalisation of workforce, TUPE and organisational mergers.
• Operate in often complex change environments; be a self-starter with minimal supervision, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Handle ER issues and maintain clear, open communication at all times.

Experience and Requirements

• HRBP experience at 8a/8b AfC level within the NHS.
• Experience delivering against core employee/workforce savings and productivity CIP goals.
• Willingness to engage with senior NHS HR professionals on current and future opportunities.
• Hybrid working arrangements and resilience to work in challenging environments.
• Note: If you do not have NHS or Private Health experience you would not be considered for these posts.
