About this Role
Are you an organised Fleet Services Advisor or someone with transferable customer and fleet support experience looking to step into the vans and asset rental world? This Fleet Services Advisor role plays a key part in keeping our hire fleet roadworthy, compliant, and ready for customers, while supporting branch performance and service delivery.
- Act as a central point of contact for vehicle maintenance, damage management, and customer queries.
- Support vehicle check in and check out inspections so responsibility for damage is always clear.
- Work closely with the Operations Maintenance and Damage Supervisor and wider branch team.
- Help ensure vehicles remain compliant, clean, safe, and fit for hire at all times.
About You
You enjoy working in a customer focused, detail led environment where no two days look the same. You are comfortable juggling priorities, communicating clearly, and following processes, even when things get busy.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a fleet, automotive, logistics, or service based setting.
- Strong organisation skills with good attention to detail and confidence using systems and Microsoft Office.
- Able to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
