About This Role
Are you an Internal Sales Executive, Sales Executive or Business Development Executive looking for a role where you can turn conversations into genuine commercial opportunities?
As an Internal Sales Executive with Dawsongroup Truck and Trailer, you will research prospects, qualify new business leads and support our field sales team with the information and appointments they need to build strong customer relationships.
- Research potential customers and opportunities using SID CRM, online platforms, Companies House information and other relevant sources.
- Generate, nurture and qualify new business leads by understanding customer needs, sales potential and the right next step.
- Support Area Sales Managers with prospecting activity and book quality customer appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information, developing into a confident SID super user.
- Interviews for this role will take place on Saturday 22 August, between 9am and 2pm, so please make sure you are available during this window.
About You
You may already work in internal sales, telesales, retail sales, customer service or business development, the environment matters less than your ability to communicate well, spot an opportunity and follow it through.
We are looking for someone commercially curious, organised and tenacious, with some exposure to sales and the confidence to start professional conversations with prospective customers.
- Some previous exposure to sales, customer engagement or business development is essential, but it can come from almost any industry.
- A full driving licence is required for this role.
- You will be comfortable speaking with customers, listening carefully and asking useful questions.
- Good organisation and attention to detail will help you manage prospecting activity, follow ups and accurate CRM records.
