As a Site Manager within Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions, you will take ownership of day to day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. This role suits someone who enjoys being the main point of contact on site, balancing people leadership, safety, and quality while keeping projects moving smoothly.
- Oversee daily site activity, workforce coordination, and subcontractor management
- Act as the primary on site contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement practical solutions
- Maintain a professional, organised, and safety focused site environment
You are an experienced Site Manager or Construction Site Manager who brings confidence, calm decision making, and strong communication to busy project environments. You take pride in running safe, well organised sites and supporting people to do their best work.
- Must hold SMSTS card and with MEWP / First aid and FLT training
- Previous experience in a similar site management or supervisory role
- A practical understanding of health and safety, site compliance, and quality standards
- Comfortable coordinating subcontractors, site logistics, and daily workflows
- Confident communicating with clients, project managers, and on site teams
