  • Work closely with Area Sales Executives, Branch Sales Managers, and operational teams to maximise fleet utilisation and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline while delivering against KPI’s, utilisation targets, and revenue objectives.

About You

You may already be working as an Area Sales Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or Strategic Account Manager, or perhaps you have transferable commercial experience and enjoy creating opportunities while developing trusted customer relationships. We are looking for someone commercially driven, proactive, and relationship focused, who enjoys balancing new business generation with strategic account development.

  • Experience within field sales, territory management, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and developing long-term customer partnerships.
  • Organised and commercially focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional territory.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
