Are you an experienced Fleet Controller, Service Controller, Maintenance Administrator or Vehicle Repair Coordinator looking for your next move? Our Fleet Quality Controller opportunity could be exactly what you've been looking for. Working within Dawsongroup Truck and Trailer, you'll help maintain the quality, availability and presentation of one of the UK's leading commercial vehicle fleets, ensuring repairs, invoicing and supplier performance are managed efficiently while delivering an excellent experience for both customers and colleagues.
- Raise and manage breakdown, damage and de-hire repair orders accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Support the UK branch network by managing recharge invoicing, order numbers and repair administration.
- Work closely with suppliers, field engineers and maintenance teams to uphold fleet quality standards.
- Monitor work in progress, equipment uptime and repair performance to help maximise fleet availability.
- Respond to customer, supplier and branch enquiries with professionalism and urgency.
You enjoy being organised, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You may already have experience within transport, fleet, vehicle maintenance, customer service or administration, but just as importantly you'll bring enthusiasm, attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
