Dawsongroup in Milton Keynes is seeking a 1st Line Desktop Support Analyst to act as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests.
You’ll help colleagues get back to work quickly while maintaining clear communication throughout each ticket.
You will diagnose hardware, software, network and access issues and provide support across Windows environments, AD, M365 and device management with Intune.
This is a permanent role within Group IT.
