About this Role

Are you a Management Accountant looking for your next move, or a Finance Business Partner seeking a broader commercial role? This Management Accountant opportunity with Dawsongroup Vans places you at the heart of business performance, helping leaders make informed decisions through meaningful financial insight and analysis.

  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts, identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and reduce month end timelines.
  • Produce key weekly and monthly operational reports that support performance monitoring across the business.
  • Partner with the Head of Finance, leadership team and department heads to improve reporting, analysis and decision making.
  • Develop dashboards and real time reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Analyse variances against budgets, highlighting opportunities, risks and areas requiring action.

About You

You enjoy turning data into clear commercial insight and are confident building relationships with stakeholders across a business. You may not tick every box, and that's absolutely fine, we are looking for potential, attitude and the ability to make a positive impact.

  • Experience preparing management accounts, financial reports or business performance analysis.
  • Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.

  • Experience using Excel and reporting tools to interpret and communicate data.
  • An encouraging leadership style with the ability to support and develop team performance.
