As Area Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the Company’s rental and contract hire solutions for industrial, municipal, and specialist vehicles and equipment. You will identify and secure both short- and long-term rental opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and win high-value contracts. In this role, you will also champion the delivery of our smarter asset strategy across your region.

  • Manage, grow, and secure new and repeat rental and contract hire business opportunities across your designated region.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maximise asset utilisation and long-term value.
  • Build strong partnerships with the Environmental Municipal Civil assets community.
  • Drive revenue by spotting sales opportunities, including second-hand equipment.
  • Keep on top of industry trends and customer needs to maintain our market position.
  • Drive utilisation of high-quality, modern EMC assets.

You’re naturally outgoing, confident speaking to people at all levels, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’re self-motivated, organised, and driven by results—but equally passionate about building meaningful, long-term client relationships.

Full, valid UK driving licence. Experience in new business development.
