- Allocate breakdown and maintenance jobs to engineers, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, logging jobs accurately and professionally.
- Manage customer expectations while delivering excellent service at every touchpoint.
- Monitor repair costs, raise quotations, and ensure work stays within budget.
- Maintain accurate system records and support day‑to‑day service administration.
