As a Service Administrator in Garforth, you will keep our service operations running smoothly, supporting both planned service work and breakdowns while managing the essential administration that keeps our fleet moving.
- Log and track breakdown calls from customers and engineers in line with set processes.
- Check incoming invoices and match them against orders before approving.
- Produce quotations for damage recharges and liaise closely with customers to progress agreements.
- Update records and systems with service activity from engineers and external agents.
- Support the Service Office Manager with wider service and maintenance control tasks.
About You
You enjoy helping people, staying organised, and keeping things moving behind the scenes. You bring previous admin experience, confidence using computer systems, and are comfortable working to deadlines.
- Previous admin experience involving coordination, communication or updating systems.
- Confident using Microsoft programmes and general office systems.
- A clear and friendly telephone manner when speaking with customers and engineers.
- Comfortable working with numbers when reviewing costs or checking invoices.
- Well-organised, proactive and willing to learn new processes.
