About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions (DGTCS), where you'll build commercial experience, develop customer relationships and follow a structured pathway towards becoming a Business Development Manager. Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, networking and proactive business development across your North East territory. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow hire revenue and deliver excellent customer experiences. Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, working closely with our Service and Projects teams to deliver the right solution for every customer. Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM, keeping customer information accurate while identifying future opportunities. Promote the wider Dawsongroup offering, introducing customers to additional Business Units whenever appropriate.

About You

You enjoy meeting people, building relationships and spotting opportunities to help customers solve problems. Whether you already have experience in business development or are looking to build on your commercial background, we'll support you to develop your career. A full UK driving licence is essential. Confident communicating with customers both face to face and over the phone. Organised, motivated and happy managing your own territory. Comfortable learning new systems and keeping accurate customer records. Not sure you meet every requirement?
