About this Role
Are you an experienced Service Administrator or someone with strong transferable admin skills looking to step into the world of asset rental and support our Material Handling team? This Service Administrator role in Garforth is all about keeping our service operations running smoothly while helping customers and engineers get what they need, when they need it. You will play a key part in supporting planned service work, breakdowns and all the essential admin that keeps our fleet moving.
- Log and track breakdown calls from customers and engineers in line with set processes.
- Check incoming invoices and match them against orders before approving.
- Produce quotations for damage recharges and liaise closely with customers to progress agreement.
- Update records and systems with service activity from engineers and external agents.
- Support the Service Office Manager with wider service and maintenance control tasks.
About You
You enjoy helping people, staying organised and keeping things moving behind the scenes. You bring previous admin experience and confidence using computer systems, and you are comfortable working to deadlines.
