As a Fleet Administration Assistant at our Brentwood truck and trailer branch, you will play a key role in keeping our fleet moving and supporting customers with a high quality rental experience. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands on, solving problems and working closely with customers and colleagues to keep our vehicles ready for hire.
In this role you will:
- Support day to day fleet operations.
- Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
- Help customers get the best from our rental service.
- Carry out vehicle check in and check out inspections with accuracy.
- Support fleet maintenance, MOT scheduling and planned servicing.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and coordinate effective solutions.
- Keep vehicles clean, compliant and ready for hire.
- Work closely with branch teams to plan vehicle movements and daily operations.
About You:
- You enjoy helping customers, working as part of a team and taking pride in doing things well.
- You will be organised, confident speaking with people and comfortable learning the systems and processes that keep our fleet operating smoothly.
- Confident communicating with customers in a friendly and professional way.
- Able to follow processes, complete paperwork accurately and use basic systems.
- Interested in transport, logistics or asset rental and keen to learn.
- Willing to work both indoors and outdoors as part of the branch team.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
