Join Dawsongroup as a Fleet Administration Assistant in our vans division and be at the heart of our branch operations. Support the rental desk with first-class administration and customer service. Ensure compliance with procedures and policies to keep things running smoothly. Assist customers, drivers, and company personnel with queries and bookings. Keep systems updated with accurate data, from mileage to rental agreements. Organise vehicle servicing and repairs with local dealers and repair agents.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping everything organised while delivering great service. Strong administrative skills, ideally in the transport or van rental industry. A natural communicator with a professional telephone manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Adaptable and proactive, no two days are the same! A full UK driving licence is required.
