Are you a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Accountant or Management Accountant looking for a role where you can genuinely influence business performance? We are recruiting for 4 x 24 month fixed term Finance Business Partner opportunities across Dawsongroup, with positions available in the Leeds area, Milton Keynes and Stockton, supporting key finance teams while they focus on a major systems transformation project.

This is far more than a reporting role. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior managers and regional teams, turning financial information into meaningful insight that supports smarter decision making across the business while helping maintain operational continuity during a significant period of change.

  • Support monthly management accounts, forecasting and operational reporting
  • Deliver meaningful variance analysis, scenario planning and commercial insight
  • Partner with senior managers and regional teams to influence performance
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Power BI
  • Provide finance support during the ongoing NetSuite implementation and transformation programme

You may already be operating as a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Analyst, or you could be looking for the next step where your ability to influence and communication skills become just as important as your technical ability. We are looking for commercially curious people who enjoy working collaboratively and helping businesses make informed decisions.

  • Experience within management accounts, commercial finance or business partnering
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly
  • Comfortable challenging constructively and supporting operational decision making
  • Advanced Excel capability, Power BI or dashboard reporting experience would be beneficial
