About this Role
Are you an experienced Parts Controller, Parts Advisor, or Automotive Parts Specialist looking for your next move? As a Parts Controller based in Brighouse, you will manage a UK-wide parts supply chain, ensuring parts are available when and where they are needed to keep our fleet operational.
- Manage and monitor stock across depots, engineer vans, and UK operations
- Respond to parts requests from workshop and Field Service Engineers, sourcing quickly and cost-effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure parts availability and value
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records to meet reporting deadlines
- Handle returns, warranty claims, and obsolete stock to optimise stock holding
About You
- You have previous automotive or parts experience and understand how critical parts supply is to operational success.
- You are organised, proactive, and confident working with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Background in automotive parts, fleet, or similar environments
- Strong attention to detail across stock control and administration
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with engineers and suppliers effectively
- Proactive in identifying stock improvements and supply efficiencies
