As a Fleet Administration Assistant, you will be at the heart of our Truck and Trailer branch operations. This role focuses on keeping vehicles compliant, customers informed, and fleet activity running smoothly, balancing operational detail with excellent customer service.
- Managing day to day fleet administration for trucks and trailers at branch level.
- Carrying out detailed vehicle check in and check out inspections.
- Coordinating maintenance, MOTs, repairs, and planned servicing.
- Communicating with customers regarding vehicle condition, servicing, and damage.
- Working closely with engineering, fleet services, and internal support teams.
You enjoy working in a busy operational environment and feel comfortable balancing customer conversations with hands on fleet responsibilities. You are organised, confident communicating clearly, and able to make practical decisions while remaining calm and professional.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
- Experience in a customer service, transport, or operational environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
