Are you an experienced Hiredesk Assistant Manager, Branch Operations Support or Hire Controller looking for your next opportunity?

- Support the Branch Manager with the day to day running of the rental desk and confidently step into a leadership role when required.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by managing enquiries, rental agreements, bookings and invoicing accurately.
- Coordinate servicing, repairs and vehicle availability to keep customers moving.
- Maintain accurate records, customer documentation and branch administration in line with company procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues across the branch to ensure the smooth operation of the business and provide support wherever it is needed.
About You
