As a Branch Manager within Dawsongroup Truck and Trailer, you will lead a local branch operation, balancing customer service, commercial performance, and operational excellence. This role is central to delivering a best-in-class truck and trailer hire service while growing revenue and protecting our assets.

Take full responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the branch, including revenue delivery and fleet utilisation. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through handovers, reviews, and ongoing service conversations. Lead branch operations in line with legal, regulatory, and company standards, with a strong focus on health and safety. Forecast, track, and report on branch performance, ensuring visibility of risks and opportunities. Represent Dawsongroup professionally with customers, suppliers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
