Are you a Mobile Mechanic, Vehicle Technician, or Van Mechanic looking for your next opportunity, or an experienced technician ready for a more independent role? As a Mobile Mechanic within our Vans Business Unit, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a mixed fleet of vehicles across customer sites and depots, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, and ready for use.

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across vans and light vehicles.
  • Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment and selecting the best repair approach.
  • Attending customer sites and depots, managing your own tools and workload.
  • Supporting tyre management, including replacements and balancing where required.
  • Completing inspections, maintaining records, and ensuring vehicles meet company standards.

You are a skilled and self-sufficient mechanic who enjoys problem solving and takes pride in delivering high quality work. You are confident working independently, managing your time effectively, and providing a professional service to customers.

  • Hold a full, valid UK driving licence and a recognised vehicle maintenance qualification.
  • Experience working as a Mobile Mechanic or in a similar hands-on role.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety standards and safe working practices.
