About this Role
We are on the lookout for a Service Controller to keep our EMC hire fleet in peak condition. You will manage the day-to-day service function, coordinating engineers and third-party suppliers to deliver fast, safe, and effective repairs and servicing. This is a key role in ensuring equipment uptime and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
- Coordinate mobile, workshop, and third-party repairs with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle service bookings, breakdowns, damage reports, and warranty cases.
- Communicate regularly with customers, ensuring updates are timely and transparent.
- Record and monitor service updates and costs on our maintenance system.
- Support compliance scheduling and reporting for key service milestones.
About You
You will bring hands-on experience from a similar service control, fleet maintenance, or engineering admin role. Calm under pressure and organised by nature, you will thrive in a busy environment where no two days are quite the same.
- Proven experience in a similar service or fleet coordination role.
- Excellent communication and scheduling skills.
- Confident using maintenance management systems.
