Milton Keynes Full-Time On-site

Not every Senior People Business Partner role offers the chance to build something. The foundations have been built, and now we're looking for someone to help take us to the next level as we continue our exciting People transformation journey.

  • Join us at a pivotal stage, following significant investment in our People Operations & Development function, where we've established the structures, capabilities and partnerships needed to support a modern, commercially focused people agenda.
  • Partner directly with Managing Directors and senior leaders to shape organisational design, leadership capability, talent strategies and business transformation across the Group.
  • Act as the bridge between People Operations and the businesses you support, translating commercial priorities into effective people plans.
  • Focus on influencing, partnering, coaching and driving adoption, ensuring that organisational, talent, performance and change initiatives deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • Your influence won't stop at advising. You'll help shape decisions, challenge thinking and create lasting impact across multiple Business Units.

About You

You're a commercially minded People Business Partner who knows how to turn business priorities into people outcomes. You build credibility quickly, challenge constructively and bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to supporting senior leaders.

  • You're an experienced HR or People Business Partner who thrives on influencing Managing Directors and senior stakeholders.
  • You understand commercial realities and know how to turn them into effective people strategies.
  • You're comfortable leading change and helping organisations improve performance, capability and culture.
  • You'll likely have experience in transport and logistics, retail, hospitality, distribution, manufacturing or other fast-paced, operationally focused environments.
  • You're looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, not simply maintain the status quo.

However, we're interested in talent, capability and potential, so we welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience from a wide range of sectors, even if you don't meet every point listed above.
