  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to employees across a range of technologies, including our Citrix Desktop estate.
  • Answer, log and resolve support queries by phone, email and in person, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Support desktops and laptops, including deployment using SCCM.
  • Provide basic Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
  • Help maintain IT systems, procedures and accurate records across the business., This role offers the chance to develop your IT support career while gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies, users and business environments. You will work closely with the Network team, taking on varied responsibilities and building experience that can support your longer-term progression.
  • Exposure to Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix and SCCM.
  • Opportunities to support hardware installations, office moves and branch visits.
  • Experience working with suppliers and supporting IT requirements across the business.

    We are looking for someone who already has some IT support experience and is keen to broaden their knowledge across both 1st and 2nd line support. You do not need to know everything, we are interested in people who are curious, practical and enjoy helping others solve problems.
  • Some experience providing IT support, whether through a previous role, placement or another hands-on environment.
  • A customer-focused approach and the confidence to communicate with colleagues and third parties.
  • An organised approach to logging issues, maintaining records and following procedures.
  • An interest in developing your technical knowledge across systems, hardware and software.
  • Comfortable working from our Milton Keynes office full time.
